If you have arrived here from Scrap Cave Creations, you are in the right place. If you have just happened to stop by my blog, then head over to Michele Green.com to start from the beginning!
For my project, I decided to make a Christmas ornament!
All of the colours and patterns were printed using my Imagine machine.
The tree doily was cut at 3.5".
The circle was cut at 2.5".
The tree was cut at 2".
The snowflake on top was cut at 3" from shrink plastic. I used ink jet Shrinky Dinks and printed the pattern on the Imagine before cutting it out.
For the paper part of the ornament, I cut out two of each design so it would look the same on the back. In between the layers, I put some accordian folded waffle paper by Stampin' Up!.I then spritzed the entire ornament with Royal Crimson Fire Glitz Spritz by Lindy's Stamp Gang. Unfortunately, the shimmer does not really show up well in my photos :-(
I used Crystal Effects around the circle, then sprinkled Champagne Glass Glitter over, both from Stampin' Up!.
I placed three eyelets on the bottom and one on the top, then added the snowflake and some crystal accents from my bead stash.
Hope you like it!
