#146 County Fair - Wool You Be Mine?

Hi everyone! My daughter and I have been working on her Valentine's Day cards for her classmates.

She originally wanted to cut a sheep and have a sentiment saying "Will Ewe Be My Valentine?, but instead we found a stamp from My Pink Stamper that said "Wool You Be Mine?" so we went with that instead!

The size of the valentine card is 3"X3".

The sheep is cut from County Fair at 2.25"

The word bubble is from Create a Critter and cut at 1.75".

The heart is from Sweet Treats and cut at 2.75" (relative size) in real dial it is 0.86"

I used my Real Red Stampin' Up! marker for the faux stitching around the edge.

I am entering this card in the challenge this week at Fantabulous Cricut where the task was to create a 3X3 Valentine's Day card.

Hope you like it!

MPS National Scrapbook Day Challenge #1

Hi everyone! Happy National Scrapbook Day! I was sooooo looking forward to this day and to participating in Robyn's challenges at My Pink Stamper. I am off to a late start today, but I'm ready to create! My daughter had a last minute birthday party invite at Chuck E Cheese's, which is 45 minutes away, so that took up a big chunk of my day!

Anyway,

Challenge #1 - Anything Cupcake

For my cupcake, I used the Sweet Treats cartridge. The cupcake is cut at 3.5".
My card is 4.25" X 4.25".
I added some yellow glitter to the flower center and sprinkles and paper yarn along the bottom.
The sentiment stamp is from My Pink Stamper's "Family and Friends" set.
Hope you like it!

Throwback Thursday Challenge #8

Hi everyone! Jenae is back with me this week for another Throwback Thursday!
This week at My Creative Time , Emma's challenge was to create a birthday themed project using the Celebrations cartridge. This is a cartridge I don't own! So instead I chose to use Doodlecharms which is also an older cartridge. Both the kitty and the hat are from this cartridge. Jenae chose to use Sweet Treats. I tried to tell her she was supposed to use an older cartridge but she was set on that cupcake with the heart so I couldn't say no :-) I am so proud of how well she does with putting the pieces together on her cuts! And she choses all the paper to use from my scraps - great combinations! She is only 6 years old!
Anyway, thanks for stopping by and please come again!

Fantabulous Cricut Challenge #11

For this challenge we were asked to create a project using at least three flowers. I cut out three flowers using the Sweet Treats cartridge and started thinking about how to incorporate them on a card then changed my mind. I have not been doing much scrapbooking lately and decided to get a layout done tonight. The flowers as stated above are from the Sweet Treats cartridge and the title "My Sweeties" is made from the Jubilee cartridge and welded together with my gypsy. Hope you like it!

MPS Challenge

Hi! Today I created a card for the My Pink Stamper Challenge! The task was to create a project using a cricut and the colours pink, green and black. I decided to try out my new Sweet Treats cartridge! Besides cardstock I also used cotton candy Stickles, celery scrapbook shimmer by Making Memories, and the Martha Stewart double-edge lace trim punch.
