Scrappy Birthday Blog Hop! - #73 Paper Lace

Hi everyone! I’m so happy you are joining us for the very first Scrappy Birthday Blog Hop celebrating April’s favorite color - GREEN! We’ve had so much fun doing this hop, and we have a wonderful line up with some oh-so-talented creators. You will see some lovely projects and have a chance to win some blog candy along the way, including a fun grand prize for this hop.



My project for this hop is a birthday card I created with a Magnolia stamped image which I coloured with copic markers.



The oval was cut with my Cricut using the George and Basic Shapes cartridge. It was cut at 4".



The background was cut from the Paper Lace cartridge at 5.5".



The "birthday wishes" stamp is by Stampin' Up!



I added some flowers, crystal brads, ribbon and some faux stitching as final touches.

    I love the girl holding the tray of cupcakes! Reminds me of how proud my daughter was making my birthday cake by herself.
