A Card for Mom
Hello everyone! This card was created with two challenges in mind for this week. Both challenges require the use of the Cricut. For the Cricut Cardz challenge the task was to create a Mother's Day card using only the colours pink, green and white. For the Fantabulous Cricut challenge the task was to create a Mother's Day card or project. I used the Accent Essentials, Don Juan and Paisley cartridges for this card. Hope my mom likes it!

Make a Wish
Hi everyone! Hope you're having a great week! I've been fighting off a cold and feeling pretty blah but I did get this card put together for the latest Heart 2 Heart challenge. The task was to create a project with two pieces of ribbon. I used the "Piece of Cake" and "Floral Delights" stamp sets both by CTMH for this card. Hope you like it!

Mommy and Me scrapbook day
My daughter and I spent some time together today doing some crafting. I finally got my Create a Critter cartridge and Jenae was so excited to use it! This is the card she made. She wanted the dog to look like our little Yorkie Parker. It turned out so cute! She is six years old and has been so eager to get into scrapbooking with me! She's already got her own little stash of supplies.

Boom-Di-Ada Card
I made this card for a Heart 2 Heart challenge following this sketch:
I used the Close to My Heart "Boom-Di-Ada" collection for the patterned paper and cardstock. I used the "Be True" My Acrylix stamp set also by CTMH. I used the "Mini Monograms" cricut cartridge to cut out the circle and scalloped circle. Hope you like my card!
Made with Love Layout
This layout features photos of the quilt that my mom made for my daughter for her sixth birthday. Jenae is so lucky to have a grandma that is so talented! Jenae will have this special keepsake forever to hold dear to her. I used the Simply Sweet cartridge for this layout. The border was made by welding the flower and butterfly images together with my Design Studio then cutting out.

Hello Friend Card
Here is another card I just finished tonight for the Cricutters Anonymous challenge. The theme this week was spring. I chose to use my Paisley cartridge to make these adorable rain boots. Check out those sweet little ladybugs! Love it! I also dug WAY into my stash for that rain patterned paper. It's from an itty Scrap Pad by Provocraft which I am pretty sure I've had for close to 10 years! The stamped sentiment is by CTMH.
See You Later Alligator Card
Hi everyone! Hope you all had a great weekend. It has been so nice outside for the last few days, that I have not got much crafting done, but I did get this card finished for the Heart 2 Heart Challenge blog. The challenge was to use one stamped image, two patterned papers and three embellishments. I used the "Life's a Jungle" stamp set by Close to My Heart to stamp the cute little alligator. Hope you like it!

Puppy Get Better Card
I made this card for the Cricut Cardz challenge #21. The cartridges I used are Paper Pups, George and Basic Shapes, and Wild Card. I also used my Design Studio software. First I put two doghouses from the PP cartridge on the DS mat then welded them together to form the card shape, then layered a rectangle over each house piece so it wouldn't cut out the door. I cut out the puppy with the same cartridge, the "Get Better" from Wild Card and the ovals from George. I cut the roof with scissors and placed on the card.
Labels:
George and Basic Shapes,
Paper Pups,
Wild Card

Showers of Love for Baby
This is a project I made for the Cuttlebug Challenges Blog #79. It was to be a baby shower inspired project so I made this cute little giftbag - the first one I have ever made! First, I cut out the gift bag with my cricut using the "Once Upon a Princess" cartridge. I ran the unfolded piece through my cuttlebug using the swiss dots embossing folder. Then I folded the bag and attached a brown paper strip around it. I cut out and embossed the butterfly using a cuttlebug combo folder. Then I cut out the footprints and the Little One words using the "New Arrival" cricut cartridge. I added ribbon for the handles, put in some tissue paper and voila! - a cute little gift bag!

Fantabulous Cricut Challenge #4
For this challenge, I had to create a project featuring the word happy and a flower shape. The project had to contain an image created on the cricut. I used the "Stretch Your Imagination" cartridge to make a birthday cake. The word "happy" is on the background which I ran through the cuttlebug in an embossing folder. I stamped flowers on a white background for the cake sides and used a chipboard flower as an embellishment. Hopefully I finished on time as the challenge ends tonight! If not, at least I had some fun creating!
Heart 2 Heart Challenge #1 Entry
Hi! This is a Close to My Heart challenge where I had to make a project using CTMH colours Sweet Leaf, Sunflower and Chocolate. I also used the "Wonderful Charms" stamp set which is my favorite! I used all CTMH products for this challenge. Sorry about the scan, the leaves don't show up well because I used foam squares to add dimension to the tulips. Hope you like my card!
MPS Challenge
Hi! Today I created a card for the My Pink Stamper Challenge! The task was to create a project using a cricut and the colours pink, green and black. I decided to try out my new Sweet Treats cartridge! Besides cardstock I also used cotton candy Stickles, celery scrapbook shimmer by Making Memories, and the Martha Stewart double-edge lace trim punch.

Addicted to grunge flowers
I learned how to make these flowers from a youtube video and they are so fun to make! I made them using my cricut and the Accent Essentials cartridge. Each flower contains three 2 1/2 inch die cut flowers. Each flower was cut out of white cardstock which I then stamped with a design and used glimmermist to get a shimmer (another addiction). I am going to use them as magnets on the large dry erase board I have in my scrap room. Pretty!!!
