Parker Puppy Mini Album

Hi everyone! Today I was working on a quick little mini for my daughter of her puppy Parker. The album was created for a mini album challenge at Fantabulous Cricut . The challenge was to create an animal shaped mini with your cricut. I used the Create A Critter cartridge and cut out all of the pages from cereal boxes, then cut out the patterned paper in the same size to cover them. Sooooo easy! The paper I used is by Basic Grey. Hope you like it!

Birthday Pocket Card

Hi everyone! Hope you are having a great weekend! This evening I put together a pocket card. I saw a few tutorials on youtube a while back and always wanted to give it a try. For this card I used mostly Close to My Heart products with the exception of the tulle ribbon (dollar store brand), the large eyelet (We R Memory Keepers) my Copic markers and various fibres. The patterned paper is from the Cherry-O line. The stamps are from the My Acrylix set Piece of Cake which was a stamp of the month a few months ago. I stamped the sentiments using Hollyhock ink. The velvet brad is from the Autumn Garden mini-medley collection.

I am entering this card in the following challenges:

Heart 2 Heart - Tag

Stamp Something - Use this photo as inspiration:

My Time to Craft - Let's Eat Cake

Frosted Designs - Celebrate Life

Hope you enjoyed looking at my card as much as I liked making it! Please stop by again! I love visitors!

A Sympathy Card

Hi everyone! This is one type of card, that I do not have any of in my stash. Guess I just don't want to have a use for it. For this card I used a butterfly stamp from a Hero Arts set that I own. The Cuttlebug embossing folder I used was Victoria. For the flowers on the corner I used the Give a Hoot Cricut cartridge. The challenges I am entering this card in are:
Cuttlebug Challenges - A sympathy card

The Pixie Cottage - Follow this sketch and use the colour blue:

Flutterby Wednesday - Butterfly, fairy or angel and your favorite colour - mine is PURPLE!!!

Made By Momo - Flower Shower

Cute Card Thursday - Whateva!

Hopefully I can get some more projects finished today. However, the project I really need to be working on is cleaning my craft room!!!!! Just can't seem to get that done, I'd much rather be creating! Have a fantastic weekend everyone!

Fun in the Sun Card

Hi everyone! Wow, I am up late tonight crafting and with three kids to take care of in the morning, I am pretty sure it is going to come back to bite me - BIG TIME!! Before I head to bed, I am posting this card that I just got finished. I used a stamp from Pink Cat Studio for this fun, summery card. Have I ever mentioned how much I love my copic markers? Recently I picked up a bunch more and now I am up to 91 colours! They are sooooo addictive because everytime I fill in the spaces on the colour chart with my new colours I think of all the others I would like to get as well :-)

The challenges I have chosen for this card are:

Incy Wincy Designs - Summer fun theme

Sketch and Stash - Use this sketch:

Die Cut Dreams - Use a gingham pattern

Cupcake Craft Challenges - distressing

Delightful Challenges - distressing

Hope you like it! If you REALLY like it, please leave me a comment!

Wedding Scrapbook Page

Hi everyone! Today I was working on this layout of my husband's parents' wedding. I used my Cricut Circle French Manor cartridge for the birdcage, birds, Amore, and one of the borders. It was my first time using the cartridge and I like it a lot! For the lettering I used Stone Script Solutions. All of the patterned papers are from the Capella line by Basic Grey. I accentuated the outline of the birdcage with black stickles and added some stitching along some of the paper edges. I am entering this layout in one challenge:
