You're a Hoot!

Hi everyone! Here is a card I created for the latest Throwback Thursday challenge at My Creative Time. For this challenge, Emma asked us to use either the Wild Card or Just Because cards cartridge and using embossing somewhere on our project.

For my project, I decided to use the Just Because Cards cartridge. My card and all of the pieces were sized at 5.5" The Cricut automatically cuts all of the pieces in proportion to the card size you choose. I added some embossing with my Cuttlebug on the card front (Victoria folder) as well as the owl (Swiss Dots folder).

Here is a card I created for the latest challenge at Fantabulous Cricut. The challenge this week was to create a project using a neglected cartridge. I have had the Just Because Cards cartridge since it was first released and this is the first time I have ever used it! There are a ton of cute cards on there! I decided to use this coffee pot card and turn it into a Valentine. Cute!

Everything was cut for the 5" size, with the exception of the coffee pot on the envelope which I wanted to make smaller than the card version. It was cut at the 3" card size.
